CrossPoint Ministries
At CrossPoint, we look for ways to meet people where they are. Our focus is on Jesus and the impact He can make in a person's life. We live outside the walls of the building in which we meet, so we look for ways to minister there as well. We are involved in ministry in several places around the world through a variety of missions. We sponsor a boy and a girl through Compassion International, support work to preserve our religious liberties in this country, and ministry through Grace Place in Monroe, LA. If you are interested in being a part of a group that really does reach out, come see us at CrossPoint.
Utilizing www.youversion.com, we continue reading through the Bible. We are doing this together to encourage each other to complete the task and to share what God is saying to us as we meet together each week. Click on the link at the end of this section for the YouVersion Bible.
Our Bible study time - CrossPoints is what we call it - focuses on studying the books and themes of the Bible. Our goal is to find out what the author said in his day and see how that applies to our lives in today's world.
If you are looking for a place where things are a bit more subdued, where you can feel like you are really part of a family, and where you can find what God is saying without all the big productions, then CrossPoint is THE place to be. CrossPoint is a church in the Monroe - West Monroe area that is based on the Purpose-Driven model. As such, we are committed to the following five purposes of the church:

The way we seek to do that is by loving God with all our beings and demonstrating God's love for people by loving our fellow man consistent with God's love for us.
