At CrossPoint, meeting real people with real needs and introducing them to the Real God who meets all our needs is what we are and what we do. Each week we focus on real-life issues we all face. 2012 has arrived, and we are looking forward to seeing what God is doing and being a part of His work in our community. Want to find out how you can help? Come see what we are doing. We are actively seeking to do what God is leading us to do by looking to see where He is working so we can work with Him. We will continue to look at and talk about God things (some call this theology), talk about our relationships with each other, and keep focusing on why we are here. Come learn what God says about Himself and about us. Something new this year is that we are all reading through the major themes of the Bible during the first 100 days of the year. CrossPoint is a new church in the Monroe - West Monroe area that is based on the Purpose-Driven model. As such, we are committed to the following five purposes of the church: Worship - Fellowship - Discipleship - Ministry - Evangelism We have one goal: To bring glory to God. The way we seek to do that is by loving God with all our beings and demonstrating God's love for people by loving our fellow man consistent with God's love for us. As we love God and people as we should we will endeavor to help each other grow through the five purposes listed above. We hope you will find this is something you can and want to be a part of.
