At CrossPoint, we look for ways to meet people where they are. Our focus is on Jesus and the impact He can make in a person's life. We live outside the walls of the building in which we meet, so we look for ways to minister there as well. We are involved in ministry in several places around the world through a variety of missions. We sponsor two boys through Compassion International, ministry in an orphanage in Moldova, and ministry through Grace Place in Monroe, LA. If you are interested in being a part of a group that really does reach out, come see us at CrossPoint.


Utilizing www.youversion.com, we continue reading through the Bible. We are doing this together to encourage each other to complete the task and to share what God is saying to us as we meet together each week. Click on the link at the end of this section for the YouVersion Bible.


Our Bible study time - CrossPoints is what we call it - is focused on apologetics right now. We are digging in to see what objections a non-believer might have and how to answer them as well as how to answer skeptics.


If you are looking for a place where things are a bit more subdued, where you can feel like you are really part of a family, and where you can find what God is saying without all the big productions, then CrossPoint is THE place to be. It is our intention of providing an environment where everyone can feel safe in their spiritual quest. We don't have all the fancy or traditional things many churches have. CrossPoint is a new church in the Monroe - West Monroe area that is based on the Purpose-Driven model. As such, we are committed to the following five purposes of the church:

Worship - Fellowship - Discipleship - Ministry - Evangelism

We have one goal: To bring glory to God.

The way we seek to do that is by loving God with all our beings and demonstrating God's love for people by loving our fellow man consistent with God's love for us.

As we love God and people as we should we will endeavor to help each other grow through the five purposes listed above. We hope you will find this is something you can and want to be a part of.
